How It Works
Trigger the workflow manually to initiate the synchronization process. Retrieve groups from Entra using Microsoft Graph. Extract members from the specified Entra group. Create or update user records in Zammad based on the retrieved data. Deactivate users in Zammad who are no longer active in Entra.
