Time Tracking Sync from Clockify to Syncro

• Automatically sync time entries from Clockify to Syncro.
• Update existing timer entries in Syncro based on new data from Clockify.

Webhook captures time entry data from Clockify. Data is processed to extract relevant project and user information. Existing timer entries are looked up in Syncro. New timer entries are created or updated based on the lookup results.
