Store document from Vendor application to Slack

• Automatically send new vendor documents to a Slack channel.
• Notify team members about updates from vendor applications.

Incoming data is captured via a webhook trigger. Data is fetched from the Vendor application using an HTTP request. Notifications with the fetched data are sent to a Slack channel.
