Send Discord message from Webflow form submission

• Automatically notify team members of new form submissions in Discord.
• Create dedicated Discord channels for different Webflow forms.
• Enhance collaboration by sending form data directly to relevant Discord channels.

Trigger the workflow when a Webflow form is submitted. Check if a Discord channel exists for the submitted form. If the channel exists, send the submission data to that channel. If the channel does not exist, create a new Discord channel using the form name. Notify a general channel about the creation of the new channel.
