How It Works
Triggers on new Zendesk ticket creation. Retrieves ticket details from Zendesk. Checks if a corresponding Slack thread exists. Posts new ticket information to Slack or replies to an existing thread. Updates the Zendesk ticket with the Slack thread ID.
Setup Steps
- 1Import the workflow template into n8n.
- 2Configure Zendesk credentials in the 'Get ticket' and 'Update ticket' nodes.
- 3Set up Slack credentials in the 'Create thread' and 'Create reply on existing thread' nodes.
- 4Adjust the 'Configure' node to specify the desired Slack channel.
