How It Works
A new ticket is created in Zendesk, triggering the workflow. The ticket details are retrieved using the Get ticket node. The Determine node checks if a Jira issue already exists for the ticket. If an issue exists, a comment is added to it; if not, a new issue is created in Jira. The Zendesk ticket is updated with the newly created Jira issue key.
Setup Steps
