Generate and store tweets with hashtags in Airtable

Initiate the workflow with a manual trigger. Select a random hashtag from a predefined list. Send a request to OpenAI to generate a tweet using the selected hashtag. Format the generated content for storage. Append the tweet and hashtag to an Airtable database.
