Generate and integrate charts using OpenAI in a chat interface

User sends a chat message requesting a chart. AI agent interprets the request and triggers the chart generation tool. OpenAI generates a Chart.js definition based on the user's query. The chart definition is sent to Quickchart.io to create a visual representation. The generated chart URL is returned to the user in the chat interface.
