Fetch and append new tweets to Airtable from Twitter

• Monitor brand mentions on Twitter and log them in Airtable.
• Track engagement metrics of tweets for analysis.
• Maintain an updated list of relevant tweets for marketing campaigns.

Manual trigger initiates the workflow. Search for tweets containing the keyword 'verstappen'. Retrieve existing tweets from Airtable. Filter out tweets already in the Airtable database. Append new tweets to the Airtable table.
