Extract and Load Paul Graham Essays into Milvus Vector Store

Manually trigger the workflow to start the extraction process. Fetch the list of essays from Paul Graham's website. Extract essay names and limit the selection to the first three. Fetch the full text of the selected essays. Process the text to extract relevant content. Generate embeddings for the text and store them in Milvus.
