Email communication based on geographic location from IP address lookup

Trigger the workflow manually to start the process. Create an item with user IP and email information. Perform an IP address lookup to determine the user's location. Check if the user is located in Spain. Send a Spanish email if the user is in Spain, otherwise send an English email.
