Data synchronization from Clockify to Syncro

Webhook captures time entry data from Clockify. Data is processed to extract relevant project information. Google Sheets is used for temporary data storage. Checks are performed to determine if the entry exists in Syncro. New timer entries are created or existing ones updated in Syncro.
