How It Works
Triggers every 5 minutes to check for new tickets in Zendesk. Retrieves the last execution timestamp to filter tickets created after that time. Fetches requester information for each ticket and checks for corresponding contacts in Pipedrive. Updates ticket assignees based on Pipedrive contact ownership. Adds notes to tickets when requesters are not found in Pipedrive.
Setup Steps
