Automated receipt processing and notification system using Telegram and Google Sheets

• Automate receipt submission and confirmation notifications via Telegram.

Receipts are received through Telegram. Details from the receipts are parsed using a dedicated service. Parsed data is set and stored in Google Sheets. Confirmation messages are sent back to the user via Telegram. SMS notifications are dispatched to inform users of the added receipts.
