Automated Backup Process for Zigbee2MQTT to SFTP

• Automate weekly backups of Zigbee2MQTT data.

Triggers a backup request via MQTT every Monday at 2:45 AM. Listens for the backup response from Zigbee2MQTT. Parses the JSON response to extract the zip file content. Converts the zip file from base64 to binary format. Uploads the binary zip file to an SFTP server.
