Automate report generation from Qualys to TheHive

• Automate the retrieval of security reports from Qualys.
• Create cases in TheHive for new vulnerability reports.
• Ensure timely updates and tracking of security incidents.

Set global variables for base URL and timestamp. Fetch finished reports from Qualys. Filter out already processed reports based on timestamps. Create a new case in TheHive for each new report. Download the report and attach it to the corresponding case.
