Automate Activation of Disabled Workflows in n8n

• Automatically reactivate workflows that have been disabled due to errors or manual intervention.

Triggers every four hours to check for workflows with the 'auto_resume:true' tag. Filters out workflows that are currently deactivated. Activates any identified deactivated workflows automatically.
